Thai Salsa


Combine these ingredients in one bowl
3/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup White corn syrup
1/2 Lemon or Lime juice (about 2 limes) 
1 cup Peanut Oil

How to Make it:

Combine together and add:
1/3 cup grated ginger root
1/4 cup garlic, crushed
3/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1 cup diced Scallions
1 minced Jalepeno
2 cups chopped Peanuts (roasted, salted)

Mix it up and ready to serve on salmon, chicken, rice, or even french bread.
You can make in advance!

The big secret to this recipe is using a designated chopper. It’s the only way to go!
